What the show is for

An article is read with your eyes and forgotten by lunch. An episode gets listened to on a walk, which is exactly where the thinking happens.

So the podcast takes one question, follows it honestly, and stops when it is answered. Where the research is contested, the episode says so instead of picking the tidier side. The sources are the same ones listed on the Expert Library page.

The voices are synthetic. The writing, the sources and the arguments are ours. We tell you because an audience deserves to know what it is listening to.

If the episode leaves you wanting a plan

The show explains mechanisms. The Reset Method is what you run afterwards: ninety days, one action a day, the audio program and a written plan for the day you slip.

Get told when a new episode lands

One email per episode, with the two or three things it actually establishes, so you can decide whether the fourteen minutes are worth it.

Questions

Is the podcast free?

Yes, entirely, on every platform, with no account needed.

Who is speaking?

Two hosts working through one question at a time. They are synthetic voices reading material written by our editorial team, and we say so rather than letting you assume otherwise.

How often do episodes come out?

When an episode is worth an episode. We would rather publish six good ones a year than a weekly one that repeats the blog.

Can I suggest a topic?

Yes. The questions people actually send are better than the ones we invent.
